Handle carryovers without double entry work
A rider can opt into a directed source-to-target carryover on the public form. The source time syncs to the selected target entry and the configured carryover fee funds its pot. Links are explicit, so producers control which classes can carry over.
See pot math before finalizing
Paid form class fees and carryover fees fund the gross pot. The configured payback percentage and any added money determine the net prize pot, which is split by division and place.
Empty divisions are unpaid; ties share the places they occupy. Finalizing stores an immutable payout snapshot, while actual winner payment happens outside EntryBooth.
Common questions
Can I choose my own D-division splits?
Yes. Jackpot templates support 1–10 divisions, with one configurable split interval between divisions when there are at least two.
Do Stripe processing fees reduce the prize pot?
No. EntryBooth calculates the jackpot pot from settled entry fees, the payback percentage, and added money. Stripe fees do not change that pot calculation.
Does EntryBooth send payouts to winners?
No. EntryBooth calculates and freezes payout awards. Producers pay winners outside EntryBooth and can mark awards paid afterward.
