Everything you need to know
Do riders need to create an account or download an app to enter our shows?
No. Riders open your event’s public link on a phone, tablet, or computer, choose their horses and classes, and submit without an account. They can pay online when you enable payments, or pay later if you allow it.
How do entry fees, payments, and payouts work?
Online entry payments go to your connected Stripe balance. Manage payments, refunds, and payouts to your bank account in the website’s Finance workspace. EntryBooth charges a subscription with no per-entry platform fees; Stripe processing fees apply. Jackpot awards are calculated in EntryBooth, and you pay winners outside the app.
Can we run both standard horse shows and jackpots?
Yes. You get both operating modes under a single account and subscription. Standard Mode is tailored for multi-discipline horse shows (Western & English classes, age groups, place boards, championships, team classes, and sidepots). Jackpot Mode is purpose-built for time-based barrel racing and pole bending (D-divisions, automated payout splits, live prize pots, and carryovers). You can switch between them anytime without losing any past event data.
Can riders add classes or a horse after already submitting?
Yes. With self-service add-ons enabled, riders can look up their registration by bib number or name on the public form to add extra entries without creating duplicate registrations or losing their assigned bib number.
